- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am always flexible with my clients. No one should be denied help because they feel they cannot afford it. If you’re passionate about your goals, we can work something out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a phone interview first, and then meet in a relaxed and easy environment. Having a conversation and discussing business plans over a cup of hot coffee tends to make things a little less serious and much more effective.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I realized that working at a corporate level wasn’t for me. I wanted to work for business professionals who needed someone who worked just as hard as, if not harder than, they do. I started out working for a lawyer, and fell in love; the rest is history.
