- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to have a first phone call where we learn about your needs, and ask clarifying questions. Usually will come do a home visit free of charge to look and diagnose what's going on. Then we will give you a price and help you understand what the next step in the process is. This process can vary depending on what your needs are.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for smart, helpful providers, who are willing to go above and beyond your expectations. Don't assume that a lower price means a less quality of job. Smaller companies typically do it the right way.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Just be ready to answer questions about your pool, type, size, brand, history, etc.
