Job included laying bathroom floor, shower & vanity, tile, removing old tub & installing a new tub. DE Valley is a family run business, and the best contractor I have ever used. Smart, extremely experienced, conscientious and thorough, as well as being delightful people, are only a few of the qualities that have made working with DE Valley so perfect. I will continue to hire them in the future, and I urge anyone using Thumbtack to call them as well. Doing so will be the best thing you ever did.

He over booked he gave me my money back, ordered in April gave me a run around said he would come even though he never end pick up the materials waited for him to show up several times with a no show blaming it on the weather? Gave ,y money back in June

Gale you need to tell the entire story. Not just a fence. It is a specialty fence for a daycare center you own. The order came in wrong, I reordered. It still came in wrong for your needs. So rather then drag it out any longer, I refunded you your money. The estimate was for $750 from us. The closest bid to ours was in your words $2500. The hole you had to fill infor safety reasons cost you more than our estimate. We are very sorry for your disappointment. But please don't act as if we ripped you off. Also, it rained about every day in May. Many of our customers had decks that need to be build for graduations, etc. That were ahead of you on our schedule. Many of these customers are very happy with our service. We did the honest and right thing and refunded your money. We are sorry you are disappointed. But we thank you for the chance to serve you.

If I could have given a 0 for a rating I would have. Job started out promising but quickly went down hill. Constantly promising completion dates and then postponing for every reason in the book. Job took over 2 months to get finished and then another 3 weeks for disposal of the debris. Again with multiple excuses. The most unprofessional contractor I've ever dealt with and would never recommend the use of them for any project you make have.

We don't control the weather. It rained almost ever day in May. If any one wants to see the before and after pictures, I will be happy to send them. Debris were supposed to be reused as fill, but since they were not reused, I paid for the removal at no extra charge. We started the project on May 12th and finished May 25th. We were contracted on April 15. Look at the weather history for this spring.

I wouldn't let them paint a doirknob, they are horrible, they don't do good work and the don't finish, this man always has an excuse, even though he needs one for his sorry work. I would not recommend him to my enemy

We have a flat fee quote. Any installs, repairs, remodels, builds or maintenance work over $500 we write up a written contract to protect both the home owner and our company.

First contact via email, text or a phone call. We find out the service needed and we schedule an appointment or repair from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained through a union carpenters apprentice program and have every journeyman upgrade that the united brotherhood of carpenters offers
