- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a flat fee quote. Any installs, repairs, remodels, builds or maintenance work over $500 we write up a written contract to protect both the home owner and our company.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First contact via email, text or a phone call. We find out the service needed and we schedule an appointment or repair from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained through a union carpenters apprentice program and have every journeyman upgrade that the united brotherhood of carpenters offers
