Introduction: I have been a natural person for support nearly my entire life, but i've worked in the professional field for 9 years. I have a vast amount of experience and can work face to face or via tele-counseling. I offer an excellent and reputable service for anxiety, stress and depression reduction and management. I specialize in grief and loss and help others with building up self-worth. I build connections with children through adulthood. Couples counseling is also available. I can also offer an anxiety management and/or self esteem workshop with enough interest. There is no greater reward than to be a support to someone making a change to better themselves. I am thrilled to be a small part in their overall change in well-being.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will start with a phone consult to make sure I answer any questions and you can decide if CCC is a good fit. At this time I am not able to offer imminent crisis counseling because I only have part-time hours available. I do not accept insurances, but charge an affordable rate. For many, it is comparable to a co-pay.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed a Masters in Counselor Education, met requirements to be a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and obtained National Certified Counselor status.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
As noted, people naturally sought me out during times of struggle. I aim to make connections with people and do so by offering respect, care and empathy. I've always been known to have a calm personality hence the name Calm Connections Counseling.
