- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Once your first cleaning is complete your rates may be adjusted as needed. If you request a deep cleaning first this will help make the weekly/bi-weekly cleanings on the maintenance scheduled. Referral discounts will be applied after that cleaning happens.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I work with a new customer at the first cleaning I like to go over everything in the home to make sure its to their liking. I also like to go over how each cleaning will go from that point on out. I recommend that each time I come to have a note left if they are not home about hitting areas they want cleaned differently. I do changed to meet their needs that will be discussed at the first appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend training's with material suppliers. This way I know how to correctly clean your floors, counters, and other products in your home. I also attend cleaning product training's to know how to properly use their products in your home.
