When I bought my house a year ago, I wasn't able to actually move in for a month. I needed all of the electrical reviewed and updated because it was an old house. These folks did the majority of the work without me being in the same state! I have used them ever since and can always trust they will do quality, prompt work. They don't even mind me hanging around asking questions while they work!! I will continue to use them without hesitation.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We like to evaluate a job and give a quote, but if we are troubleshooting or in a few other circumstances we work hourly and our rate is $90/hr for a tech and $35 for an apprentice. We also have a $27 trip fee and a $7 admin fee. We try and keep it as simple as possible:)
