- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
- Yes, we agree that are price is higher than some of our competitors. Ask yourself the last time you paid less money and got a higher quality of service... exactly. - We provide our customers with everything they can ask for in landscaping and guarantee it will be accomplished in the most correct way. - Knowledge is valuable but applied knowledge is powerful.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- We introduce ourselves and let our customers know what a minimum pricing for their desired service/product is up front. - We then try to get our customer a design that fits their needs. If our customers do not have a landscape designer we are more than willing to provide them with one. - Once we get an accurate design/site plan. We can then give our best estimated guess on the scoop of the work to be performed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Biochemistry major which relates to the biology of plants that we see everyday. I have also expanded my knowledge of landscaping and horticulture with private study material. If I am unsure of something I will not hesitate to hire someone with more knowledge so I can assure myself and our customers that they are receiving the best service/product possible.
