I attended a Resume workshop Res-Solutions provided one Saturday in Philadelphia and I decided to use them for the following services: one-on one resume consultation, cover letter and LinkedIn Creation. I had the pleasure with working with Shanise and it was such a positive experience. She was VERY professional, extremely attentive to my needs and she exceeded my expectations. I was very impressed with the whole process and experience. They not only provided a well-written and formatted cover-letter/resume, but they also used that to create a LinkedIn account for me. After my LinkedIn account was set up, they even provided me with a walk-through session to help familiarize myself with the website. Lastly, they provided me a LinkedIn “Best Practices” document. The quality of work and service Res-Solutions produces and provides is IMPECCABLE. The best part about it is that they even have a referral program! I will definitely be recommending everyone I know to Res-Solutions.

I used Res-Solutions to help with career change resume. It was the best decision ever. Yes their service was great and affordable. But the thing I loved the most, is the individual I worked with. She was extremely informative and knowledgable. She has a background in recruiting and Human Resources. She gave me insights as to what managers look for and that information is PRICELESS. I'm pretty sure you can't find that on here most likely. She was able to pinpoint my current strengths and how that correlates to the field I'm looking to transition into. In addition, she provided me with websites where I can post my resume that is exclusive to my career industry. Thank you Res-Solutions!! I highly recommend using them.
