- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on each project. It depends if you're just painting walls, or perhaps you're painting ceilings, trim & doors as well. One of the main deciding factors is the condition of the walls, ceilings, etc. How much spackle & sanding is needed. Prep work is the most important part of a quality paint job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I prefer to set up an appointment & come out to the home & view the project in person. Following that I will ask for your email & I will send a quote the same day. If you except my quote, we will find the best place for your project on our schedule. The day we start your project I will bring with a contract. We typically ask for 50% prior to starting the project & 50% the day we finish. Depending on the size of the project, sometimes we break into multiple installments depending on phases & such. If it's a one day project, we just request to be paid at the end of the day. We except check & cash only.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company has been in business since 1976. We've painted over 15,000 homes. There isn't anything we haven't seen.
