Initial communication was good through Thumbtack, however once that was done and it was time for the appointment things began to break down. My appointment window was from 4-5pm on a Monday, and apparently the guy had to get from Dublin to Gahanna. Without so much as a phone call to tell me he was late or stuck in traffic, he shows up to my house at 5:45pm, does what he needs to to fix the cut line, and tells me his office will be in touch with me to talk about which parts I need to complete the job (line was repaired, the misters were not). I haven't heard anything out of them other than receiving an invoice.

Hi Jeff, thank you for your review. I apologize again that my tech was late and that it was not communicated sooner. As soon as I was able to get ahold of him and he informed of the traffic issues/accident I shared the information with you. My tech has been in and out due to some medical issues and I was unclear as to what follow up was needed. I am working right now to try to clarify what parts are needed so that I can make sure I get the correct information back to you. Thank you so much for your time and review.

Sprinkler Turn On: $75 Backflow Test: $65 Winterization: $80 We also annual service packages that offer a discount if pre-paid in spring. See website for additional information.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer free estimates for new installation quotes. We have annual service contracts for regular maintenance of residential and commercial sites.
