- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our social media marketing services start at a core package ranging from $299 to $1599 and that includes everything from daily posting to custom Facebook advertisements and blog posts. We post across all platforms. From there we have additional "add-ons" with items like Instagram posting, packages for Facebook campaign advertisements and even customer support. Our SEO, design and development work is all priced similarly to the virtual assistance program. Priced usually with fixed bids, development and one time design work goes through the same care and structure as the high end virtual assistance. Our virtual assistance is $34 per hour, and generally on a monthly retainer for the project. Certain projects like website design or development are fixed costs at that rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we initiate a free consultation. After we decide on the best services for the customer, we go through a questionnaire to fit the customer with a quote. The questionnaire is then also used to conduct the service. Whether it's a website, social media marketing, or custom design work. We can handle it all.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our virtual assistants, social media managers, and developers are highly educated and trained. They go through extensive research and training in their field.
