Introduction: I've worked full time for ten years taking care of new and old homes electrical needs. I can advise, problem solve, improve, or replace most anything electrical. I'm mechanically inclined to fix a number of thing around the house. In my own home; I've insulated the attic and crawl space, painted rooms, installed attic access, repaired small plumbing problems, installed hardwire doorbell, replaced the electrical service and panel. I have also put power out to a small building, put up security lighting, added a number of outlets, and in the process of building a replacement bathroom. I believe that working with you I can be a big help in making it happen! I think what I enjoy the most about my job is finishing a job and seeing the look on peoples faces when they see their new home come to life. Or when I've installed a new light that just changes a room and the customer loves it.

I had a great experience with Desoto Electric. They were able to move existing light switches and wires to a better location with out any problems. He was on time and knows what he is doing! I will definitely have him back to do more in the future!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price based on the piece unless its service. So for a flush mount light the price would be $35, hanging 60, ceiling fans $75, vanity $50. Service is considered when you have trouble with the electrical in your home. For the first hour it is $65 and $45 an hour after that.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is simple. I always find out the needs first, I may not be who your looking for. Then to see if they would like me to visit the home to plan a next move.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have ten years of on the job experience. Studying to get my license.
