- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is simple and upfront. Each package lists price and amenities. Real Estate is based on Square Footage and all other packages are based on duration of session. NO travel fees are charged within 100 miles of our location in Pigeon Forge. Physical Prints have their own price sheet and are not included in our package pricing. As we offer different types of photography, please see our website for the most comprehensive information. We will happy answer any questions you have regarding pricing via phone, email or text.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost, we address the specific needs and details of our clients. For example, location of property, date of service, time and location of event or session etc. Additionally we cover any specific ideas our clients have of what they are (and are not!) looking for. For example, many realtors express that they do not want distorted, wide-angle images as this misleads their potential buyers. Additionally, models, families and brides often have specific poses or ideas in mind. Next we take a deposit (bridal only), prepare contracts and prepare for our date of service. We are available at any time for questions or comments via phone or email. Finally, we complete our session and then deliver our high-resolution, fully edited images within 24-hours for Real Estate and 1 week for every other catagory.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly keeping updated on our education through courses, books and online resources. Additionally, we keep up to date on the current technological and style trends to ensure we are delivering the best images to our clients possible. We have extensive training in editing programs such as Photoshop and Lightroom as well. In addition, 4 years of professional experience and many years before as an amateur.
