- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
yes we have just incorporated new estimating software, it allows everyone in our company to stay connected. It will take away any questions work for material pricing. We are constantly updating our live time pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is as simple it gets. We set up a time to come do a free estimate, fully measuring the project at hand, we then sit down and go over the work scope. We have allot of samples to show and visuals. We try to educate you as much as possible on the project we're doing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly going through new training. We keep up on the latest installation techniques, the newest products, and top quality business practices. We are preferred contractors through many roofing and siding manufacturers, constantly sending our crews to seminars on new and efficient practices.
