Out of the 4 quotes I did Brincks Exteriors actually came in the best value. Matt was a great sales person and explained all products that would be used and in what order everything would be put on. Andy was my project manager he even went to the neighbors and left his card in case they had any issues with either the roof project or the gutter project. My roof project was expedited because I was going to be redoing the front landscaping as well and wanted the roof done before that. I was able to communicate with Andy through text for the whole project, which is easier for me while working. And was there for the material delivery, and at the end of the roof project getting the crew extra silicone for sealing around the chimney. I would definitely hire Brincks again and will keep them in mind for future projects. Brincks is professional, super timely, reasonably priced, and use high quality products-you should hire them for your next project!!

yes we have just incorporated new estimating software, it allows everyone in our company to stay connected. It will take away any questions work for material pricing. We are constantly updating our live time pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is as simple it gets. We set up a time to come do a free estimate, fully measuring the project at hand, we then sit down and go over the work scope. We have allot of samples to show and visuals. We try to educate you as much as possible on the project we're doing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly going through new training. We keep up on the latest installation techniques, the newest products, and top quality business practices. We are preferred contractors through many roofing and siding manufacturers, constantly sending our crews to seminars on new and efficient practices.
