Introduction: We are family owned and operated business, we specialize in smoked BBQ and many other types of foods. We cater parties, weddings and help with fundraisers. Here is a list of things we do besides our BBQ, American (Traditional), Burgers, Chinese, Italian, Portuguese, Israeli, Mexican, Southern, Vegan/ Vegetarian, Tex-Mex, and Indian. Anyone can say that stuff is easy to make, but the only thing is they’ve never tried our food to taste the time, love, and effort we put into it. We did say “Vegan/ Vegetarian” our company believes our menu should cater to anyone's needs. Family owned / operated food catering business. We live in the High Desert for over 10 years. We started our business in August of 2015, and then started doing farmers markets in the High Desert as a food vendor in February of this year. We have been smoking, grilling, and cooking great foods for a very long time, so we figured let's bring our great food from our families recipes and share them with the people we meet.

I can't begin to describe how delicious the food is. I'm obsessed and so are my kids. But that's just a icing on the cake. The family that runs this business is kind and thoughtful. So happy I found this hidden gem at the farmers market. I am contacting them ASAP to cater my sons graduation party!

Their food is incredible! Mac N Cheese is out of this world...and their street tacos and Spanish rice are to die for! And don't forget their burgers, juicy and delicious! Their service is amazing, treat everyone like family. Highly recommend!

With just enough sauce in their brisket sandwich to not overwhelm the flavor of the meat, it was one of the best sandwiches I've had in a long time. The bread was soft & the fries! If they had all-you-can-eat fries, I'll be in heaven. Fresh-cut, never frozen & they are soooo good. Buy their food! Eat their food!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices range from different types of events. Weddings that require full service and set up, is different then when its just drop off catering. Different types of meats and sides can change the prices.

Up in Smoke BBQ Catering believes in food safety, All of our employees have their Food Handlers Safety Training Certification, and Up in Smoke BBQ Catering has their Environmental Public Heath Permit for the County of San Bernardino
