- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices range from different types of events. Weddings that require full service and set up, is different then when its just drop off catering. Different types of meats and sides can change the prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Up in Smoke BBQ Catering would like to talk to you on the phone, to insure you understand exactly what your looking for and to build that trust in us that is needed!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Up in Smoke BBQ Catering believes in food safety, All of our employees have their Food Handlers Safety Training Certification, and Up in Smoke BBQ Catering has their Environmental Public Heath Permit for the County of San Bernardino
