Whenever Stephen Danischewski walks through the door, I can feel his enthusiasm as to what is to come. Any inner self-doubt dissipates instantly. Instead, I wonder what he is carrying in his "mystery" bag that day. I'm comfortable with Stephen because he is caring, understanding, compassionate, full of praise when warranted, and he wants me to go far. He pushes me without being pushy, teaches me without being preachy, motivates me without being forceful, and compliments me without going overboard. (His big smile speaks volumes when I'm doing well.) With Stephen as my trainer, I actually enjoy exercising. NEVER in my life did I think I would ever put "exercise" and "enjoy" in the same sentence but Stephen makes me feel I can do the exercise and do it well. To me, he has the right temperament, pace, skills, knowledge, and attitude to guide me through my food choices and exercise routines. I feel Stephen has become a friend as well as my trainer.

I've been working with Steve for about a month now, and already these workouts are paying off. Before ever doing any serious lifting, Steve makes sure that I am using the correct form so that I don't get injured or develop a bad habit. This is so helpful because, while I only train with Steve once or twice a week, I am able to take what I've learned in my sessions with him and use those same concepts when I'm working out alone. He always takes the time to explain the exact muscles each workout is targeting and how it can benefit me. These workouts have also opened me up to using a foam roller, lacrosse ball, etc for mobility training. Previously, I really had no experience with any such training, but it already seems to be helping me feel better overall. I always look forward to my workouts because they are never repetitive. Every time I've seen Steve, we have changed up the workouts. We may be lifting weights one day, but using only our own body weight the next. He knows his stuff, and I'm excited to see more results in the months ahead!

I woke up appproaching my late 30s and made a pledge to myself that by 40, I wanted to be a better and healthier me. That’s when I met Steve (about 2 years ago). I’ve worked with other trainers who helped me get stronger, lose a few pounds but none as invested in my overall health and well being as Steve. Steve is a health informative trainer- who knows alot about exercise, diet, physical and emotional well being and everything in between. He is truly a compassionate teacher who has taught me how to exercise effectively, be mindful in my eating and breath and to make time for self care. Most importantly he has moved me from a person who really didn’t like to work out to someone who needs to get moving daily (even if it’s a little bit each day). His approach is sustainable, helpful and fun. Anyone who not only tolerates but accommodates my dog being part of our in home workout gets 5 stars from me. Check Steve out and you will be changed to.

My experience with Steve at Feel Think Fit has been an absolute pleasure. As a competitive bodybuilder, I was lucky enough to have Steve in my corner because he was able to help me elevate to the next level. His vast knowledge on exercise and nutrition as well as his ability to communicate effectively make him an outstanding mentor of all levels. Whether it is weight loss, strength gain, improving athletic performance or simply living a healthier lifestyle, Steve will get his clients there.

Very patient, very good at explaining things. Helpful with encouraging you to set fitness goals and meet them. Easygoing if you aren't able to meet your goals, but able to motivate and push you to still reach for them.
