- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look to develop strong rapport with a trainer before hiring him/her. Your trainer should look to understand you not just physically, but emotionally and mentally. The way you feel on the inside often determines how hard you can push yourself, and reflects what stage of the journey you may be at. You need someone you can trust and confide in, who can always think 5 steps ahead because of how strong the relationship is.
