- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually have a sit down, or phone call about what kind of event they are having and ask them if there's any themes, colors or special types of food they want or need. I then provide pictures or samples to give them an idea on what I can do. It's a customer centered experience all about their wants and needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a culinary arts degree and am Safe Serve certified to handle food. I also have 3 years experience working in catering at Carnegie Mellon University.
