- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is unique. We always like to speak with the client and to see the project before quoting a price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A member of our team will promptly contact the new customer to discuss the project and to set up a site visit. During the site visit, a team member will do a visual assessment of the project and will discuss with the customer the details involved. This will allow the team member to provide an accurate quote for the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has over 40 years of experience in a variety of aspects of maintenance and construction. From changing light bulbs to complete home renovation, we've done it all and we do it well.
