I have had deep massages by Paula and adjustments by Dr. John. Both have been excellent.
My massages have helped my painful back several times. The adjustments by Dr. John have helped my long term back problems. He has found areas I did not know were issues until he adjusted them! What a difference how my back and neck feel post adjustments.
I didn't think I would like the open treatment area, but, I was surprised how relaxed I was receiving my adjustment. Dr John is gentle in his approach.
