My “1-week-long bathroom job” took nearly 1 month. The demo required demo hammers after the job was bid...this cost was past down to me when I explained that the old tiles were placed like they did work back in the 50s—-they were placed to stay forever! 2 of the wood-look ceramic tiles were scraped up noticeably. The floor tiles that are under the vanity AND NOTICEABLE don’t align correctly and there are none installed behind the vanity! THEY SHOULD HAVE WENT ALL THE WAY AROUND THE FLOOR!! And, the tiles installed around the floor were done so that you can read the bar codes!!! There are gaps in the woodwork that was installed and the door jamb trim isn’t flush to the floor. I could go on and on but I think you can get the picture... and pictures I have!! This was a bath remodel and next week the plumber will come to fix the leaks after I asked to call a plumber and have it done right in the first place! The “plumbing problems” were billed extra! It is a shame that there is no longer pride in workmanship.
