- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
DriveCrash™ offers low, flat rate pricing on the majority of all devices! The price that we quote after our initial diagnostic will never go higher, guaranteed! Even if your job proves more difficult for our engineers, we'll absorb the cost of extra labor, not you. Plus, in most scenarios, we implement a "No Data, No Charge" policy. In rare instances, hard drives and other storage media suffer too much damage to be recoverable. Even after we've worked days or weeks on your device, you'll pay nothing if we can't retrieve your data*. *excludes opened hard drives, flash memory & RAID systems
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We know that suffering a data loss is frustrating and always seems to happen and the worst moment. Before you panic, stop using the device that is malfunctioning and unplug the power source. Attempting to reboot or operate the defective drive can cause serious physical damage that may be fatal to your data! Our lab is headquartered in Irvine, CA, right in the heart of the tech industry in Southern California. We work with customers from across the globe, and we offer FREE SHIPPING to all of our customers nationwide. After our evaluation, we'll have a much better idea concerning the extent of damage/corruption of the drive and the necessary steps needed to recover your data. Remember, we've been doing this for 32 years and have been successful 97% of the time!
