- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have "not to exceed pricing" for given services. The customer will always be protected from run away hourly charges and we always discuss and get approval from the customer first.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The best way to understand a customers problem is for a technician to speak directly to the customer as opposed to a counter clerk or service writer. At APV Electronics our technicians make the time to talk directly to the customer. That's the only way to properly understand the customers issues.
