FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a standard pricing system due to the fact that every job is different and every price is different for every job. I always like to see the job before I give the customer their price, my prices are always set in stone and guaranteed for up to one year and I put that in writing on a actual proposal sheet I typically charge anywhere from 25 to $50 to come out look at your job give you that quote or I should say estimate for your work and that money will come off of your original quote so with that being said if you hire me to do whatever work you need done again I always guarantee my work for life or at least for the life of the product if you want any further details please contact me at the number that is provided on my site thank you very much and I hope to do business with a new customer or any customer out there for that fact anytime you are ready I just like to have at least a day's notice if you would like a quote written in stone for a family-owned company and we've been for many years it's just me my wife and we have two to three other men who work with us who are very good
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
my typical process for working with a new customer is call me so we can get to know each other at least a little bit over the phone or via text message and then we can set up a time to look at your work and hopefully we can set something in stone and I can get your work before him for you I can promise you one thing I will be honest fully honest if I cannot perform your job or I don't feel comfortable doing it to the best of my knowledge I will let you know right away and I have plenty of other people who can do
