I have worked with Adam for more than a decade on too many projects to name. Some of my own companies as well as, many many more that I've consulted on. His company is the first one I recommend when some one asks me about a quality development team that is reasonably priced. Developing any kind of eCommerce/web site is difficult and stressful, Adam takes it all in stride and deals with every issue quickly and efficiently. Rarely does a client bring a project that is fully specified with technical, UI and Use cases. Adam is always happy to lend his considerable experience and expertise to the client to make sure they get the end result that they are looking for...even if they didn't know what they wanted to start with. Adam's team is particularly good with Start-ups, having built a few of his own and worked on mine a many others. He understands the need to get a minimum viable product ( MVP) up and running for potential investors and user testing as fast as possible and then iterate the necessary changes. If you do not give Adam and Grossman Interactive an opportunity to bid on your project you are making a terrible and costly mistake!

Hired Grossman Interactive to link our Magento store with a new order management system, as well as link the store to sync with our QuickBooks. Adam and the team set up everything up perfectly and worked with our team to train them to use the new set up.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every price we quote is custom. The more involved the work - i.e. special programming languages or custom projects, the cost may go up. More standard work - cost would go down. Typically we charge per project however can charge hourly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We review our customers needs, put together a list of recommendations and pricing. We typically have at least one Zoom/phonecall to understand what the customer needs to start.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BA in Computer Science from Brandeis University (2003) and Masters in Business Administration with a specialty in business development through Technology from Babson College in Boston (2007).
