- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For whole house Thermal Remediation we charge about $1 to $1.25 a sq. ft. Plus the cost of encasements for mattresses and box springs (which vary). For apartments we charge $850 1 bedroom $950 2 Bedroom $1050 for 3 bedroom. For entire apartment. We give a 90 day warranty !
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We generally do a free visual inspection of the home. I ask a lot of questions to try to evaluate properly. If Bed Bugs are active we will give an estimate for Thermal Remediation Electric Heat Treatment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in Pest Control since 1978. I started my own business in 1989 specializing in Termite Detection using trained dogs for detection. I am a Designated Certified Operator and have been since 1987. I got interested in Bed Bugs when they first started showing up in Georgia about 10 years ago.
