These photos were for my daughter and step-daughter's prom. Pictures appeared unedited; spots/glares on prints; some photos that should have been centered were not centered; photo session was rushed ( we finished 3 sessions in about 45 minutes); I had a hard time choosing 25 photos that I liked; photographer was very nice but her services need improvement; I purchased photos more out of obligation than a true want for the pictures 😢Apr 22, 2017VerifiedKayla N.'s reply

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My standard price for a Photoshoot is $100 for 25 edited photos printed in 4x6 for format.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First, I like to get and idea of what the customer is looking for. Typically I'll have a brief phone call to go thru questions or preferably meet and get a concrete visual. Secondly, I like to follow up a few days before the said event and make sure they have the info and things needed to be prepared for their shoot. Lastly, after I finish edited their pictures I will meet with them, deliver printed photos and if something needs to be changed, plan accordingly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am currently a student and photography is a hobby.
