FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to charge at what the industry standard is. We don’t believe in gouging larger customers because they have deeper pockets. Our fees are our fees regardless. It’s inevitable that the scope from the original quote will be extended, when those cases arise we normally charge an hourly rate for the time the variance needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In a typical scenario we like to walk through the domain with the client and get an understanding of what they’re seeing. From that we hope to understand what ultimately brought the need for the client to reach out for help. From there we start analyzing the problem and break it down into manageable chunks that can be easily talked about. From there we bring the customer on our development process in which we engage the stakeholders in frequent updates about the process against the milestones and ultimately deliver the finished product.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Technology is always changing, and to stay relevant our team attends regular development meet ups in their local area, as well as attend conferences and webinars.
