I am recently fond of the carpet cleaning we did for a Local restaurant! It had not been cleaned in many many years like up in the high teens if not the 20’s of years! So the pictures that are shown at the beginning of my profile are THAT VERY JOB, WITH THE BIG BRITE WHITE SPOTS ARE MY TEST SPOTS to even see if it would come clean,... well make a visual enough difference to be able to notice. Now I must explain, ...all the carpet you see all around that test spot, ... that had already been treated with our deep cleaning chemical and deep scrubbed already, so the carpet was TWICE AS DARK/BLACK... so wen the shot was taken, The Preconditioner had been breaking it down an EMULSIFYING THE SOIL TO A LIQUID. Just by spraying the preconditioner down an deep scrubbing it in, changes the color back to original that fast. Then extract it either with a detergent rinse or a all fiber rinse, an many times mixed with a powerful enzyme sanitizer/deodorizer. Then you can treat it with a nice DuPont Teflon sealant, That does help the carpet stay cleaner longer! Comes with a fee warranty
