Introduction: A good product doesn't sell itself, I know that and shoot my images based on that theory. Lots of real estate agents fall into the same trap, if a house is nice enough the pictures can be shot by cell phone because buyers will look beyond the quality of the image and find the beauty of the home, wrong! A good house will not sell itself without my assistance. Even in the best of markets, advertising your listings is essential. Your clients expect it and they’re paying you to do it right. That means using a professional real estate photographer, like myself. The next time you’re tempted to pull out your iPhone to snap listing photos, ask yourself this: Would Phil Knight (cofounder and chairman of Nike) whip out his point-and-shoot camera and snap random photos of a pile of athletic shoes to be used in Nike’s print advertising? Your main objective is to “make them dream.” Jaw-dropping photos do that. In order to get those jaw-dropping photos you need someone who knows what there doing! That's where I come into the equation. I enjoy capturing images and providing great service to clients. Seeing someone's reaction to the images is my favorite part.
