Very thankful for these ladies! I was mainly looking for someone to help clean my oven but ended up doing a standard cleaning with Mary and her crew. Not only does my oven look great (I should have taken a before pic but trust me, it was bad!), the rest of my place is spotless. Mary manages several teams of cleaning personnel, and they work over a wide area, from Houston to Lake Livingston. She responded to my request immediately. On the day of the job she personally brought two of her team members and first went over our house with me to learn what was needed. I requested a deep cleaning. Two ladies worked for 4 1/2 hours and left our house spotless. They covered areas I never have, like the tops of kitchen cabinets. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?The prices vary from house to house. First need to know size of the house, pets or no pets, how much furniture is in the house, kind of cleaning chosen like standard or deep one.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The first step is reach the customer by phone and I listen carefully it necessity, exactly what needs to be done in the house. After it ,is planned a meeting to show me up the house, talk about how many people will be set up to do the job, how long it will take, kind cleaning supplies, vaccums cleaners, all tools. Give the option to use specific chemicals that be preferred for the customers, which ones of the cleaning supplies would like to avoid.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Business Management. I apply all the knowledge that has been getting by school and personal experiences during the years involved with the environment of the cleaning.
