Working with Virginia Lopez and her band Melao de Cuba in many capacities over the years--as a booking agent, sound person, and fan-- I can tell you they are the best band in Portland and their audiences always have huge smiles on their faces and can't help but get up and dance. Virginia is incredibly gifted and a true professional with a heart of gold. I can't recommend her and Melao de Cuba enough!
