- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are a combination of value and unique charactics of the work required. I interview each client to talk about their specific needs, direction and create a accurate quote from that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I interview each client to talk about their business and the assets they need. With their personal input I create a design brief that entails a plan, quote and referrals to other resources for printing, signs and any other assets where I know they'll get the best quality and value.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've got a Bachelors in Industrial Design an associates in Graphic Design. More importantly, 20 years of proven design experience working as a freelancer, partnered in an agency and working for fortune 500 corporations working on top brands of the world. What I've created over those years are advertising, branding, collateral, illustrations, info-graphics, packaging, POP's, 3D modeling, rendering, SEO, social media and web design.
