- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Offerings cover a wide range, and so does pricing. All service rates are standard for all clients, but each project is a reflection of our clients specific needs and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always begin by defining a specific goal we are aiming to achieve and outline the project details with our clients to achieve those goals. We work to understand the project in the context of the overall business, so we can maximize or leverage opportunities and avoid conflicts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in and around digital marketing since the mid 1990s. Most early skills were self taught, but have been active in regular formal training, workshops, and seminars since starting the consultancy in 2011.
