Amanda's coaching turned me into a professional ready to handle irate clients in highly time sensitive situations, only a few short sessions after coming to her as a brand new customer support hire terrified to pick up the phone. The change in my ability to communicate clearly and directly while maintaining good rapport on the phone has persisted to this day. Not only did her coaching work wonders, I never felt embarrassed or incompetent when Amanda gave me suggestions for improvement - she has an amazing knack for phrasing feedback in a way it can be absorbed without defensiveness. It's impossible to recommend her highly enough!

We asked Amanda to audit our customer support organization and provide recommendations to make things better. She did that in spades. Once in Intercom she quickly identified some quick wins for us that immediately resulted in better ticket ratings. We still use her long-term strategic suggestions which has helped me hire better agents.

Working with Amanda was SO hugely helpful! Today we talked about pushing my business to the next level. At the beginning of our consultation she was already prepared with a list of things to ask me about and tasks for me to tackle. We did a lot of brainstorming and I felt totally comfortable with her. I now have SO many ideas to start working on and we're going to touch base again in the future after I've completed a few things and work on the next steps. I'm THRILLED that this was so easy (and so fun!!). Amanda is very personable and we found ourselves in laughter much of the time. I can tell she loves what she does and I would highly recommend her!
