- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Tax is included in the package price. I do not give discounts but let me know your budget and I'll see what I can do to work with you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to get to know you and help you decide what service you want through email. Then I like to set up a consultation call via FaceTime or Skype. There, we can go over all the nitty-gritty stuff and plan for the fun stuff!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took years of darkroom film photographey along with digital photography in high school. I also was the editor of my high school yearbook. I've also been in the customer service industry for ten years now. I think that's really helped me work with clients better and make the whole processes fun and enjoyable.
