Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I voice commercials, eLearning, telephone, apps, public service announcements, web video, character voices, and much more! All from my home studio. Although I'd be happy to meet you if you live in central Ohio, our business can be done all on line - no need for you to travel. I have experience working for clients all over the U.S. and internationally. They say they appreciate my clear sound and how quickly I can turn a project back to them. I love the great variety of projects I get to work on as a voice actor. From a character in an eLearning piece, to a wise narrator in a documentary; from a silly cartoon voice, to a business explainer - I enjoy making my voice work to perfect your project.

I produce an animated series "Scratch and Sniff" and having met Beth at a voice over conference asked if she'd like to voice one of the characters in the show. She agreed and came to my studio to record her lines and we had a great time doing it. Later, when I had another character I needed voiced, I again called upon Beth and had her do a couple of different accents for me. Since they were both really good (southern drawl & Bronx), I had her record both so I could decide later which one to use. She's a great collaborator and has a genuine warmth to her voice that really elevates the material. I always know when I need a female voice I can count on Beth to deliver.

Beth Kesler is a smart, thoughtful, detail oriented voice-over artist with a delightful voice. She loves her work, and is committed to quality service. It was a pleasure to work with Beth on our first Bizzy Whiz voice over project – an introductory video about our company and products. Beth did great work with quick turn-around! Our voice-over team was very happy with the Introducing Bizzy Whiz video which can be seen on our website at www.bizzywhiz.com When I first started interviewing voice-over artists, I was impressed by Beth’s enthusiasm, initiative and can-do attitude. I appreciated her professionalism and the extra time she took to educate me about the voice over industry. Beth saved us a great deal of time by not only doing the voice over, but also embedding the sound into our MS PowerPoint visuals to create a final video. We were able to quickly get the updated video onto YouTube and our website. I also appreciated getting the sound files from Beth in several formats. Overall, she excelled both in the quality of work and customer service!

I have used Beth's skill set two times and even more in the future. She is professional, timely and did everything needed to make my audiobooks a success.

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I need to know how long your project is: either by number of words ( eg: 560 words ), or by finished time ( eg: 30 seconds). That is how the price of the project is determined. I usually ask for 1/2 of the cost up front. After that, I need the script and any details you can give me about how you need it to sound. Then I'll record the project and send it back to you. You can listen and ask for any changes (no extra cost for up to 2 pickups). Once you're happy with the recording, you can pay the remainder of the fee.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I originally trained through Voice Coaches, a New York-based training company for voice actors. I attend the Midwest Voice Over Conference yearly to keep up with what's happening in the industry. And I've just finished 6 weeks of personal acting lessons with an acting coach.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

I work with clients all over the United States and around the world, including Canada, India, and Uruguay. I narrate audiobooks, voice radio and TV commercials, do cartoon voices, narrate eLearning projects and explainer videos, and really, anything that needs a voice without a face! My clients include major companies like CVS Pharmacy, TMobile, and Marathon Oil, as well as small, local business.
