- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work with our customers to ensure they get a product that works for them within the budget that they have. Sometimes clients want everything but the budget just isn't there, so we can work around things and change deliverables to ensure we can still work with them within reason! We also can offer financing to make sure you get everything they want. Pricing in this industry is very project-dependent and travel can also play a part, too. We would love to talk more with you about the scope of your project so we can quote you a price!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process includes a free consultation with our clients where we determine what services are needed, as well as find out a little bit about you so that we can tell your story through our designs and images. We love to get to know our clients so that we can create the best product possible for them so that they can provide their customers with the best possible experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
8 years of self taught photography, videography, graphic design, and web design. You don't need a formal degree to be good at a lot of these things, and we have been able to prove that to endless amounts of clients.
