Dustin did an amazing job both helping us sell our old house and buying our new home. I was amazed at how easy the process was this time around. Dustin helped find all of the necessary people needed when selling/purchasing a home, from the inspector to the lawyer- everything we needed. Dustin is very in-tune to the needs of families. Dustin sold my house at a price that was very fair. It was quite stressful because of the other realtor that he had to deal with on the negotiations, they wanted everything to be new in a 50 year old home. He was also very helpful with the purchase of our new home.

I have recently had the opportunity to work with realtor, Dustin Maurice. We were in the process of helping my daughter possibly purchase a home. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first like to meet with potential new clients to see if we are compatible. In today's market a real estate transaction is a process I want to ensure that my client and I have chemistry and can accomplish are desired goals. If you cant get along you cant do business.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
college degree in Conservation Law 10 yrs in the indoor air quality field 5 years in Real Estate. have sold everything from sheds to mansions.
