Introduction: My clients leave feeling relaxed and many times in less pain.One standard comment is "My feet feel like pillows". My clients have noticed improved sleep, pain & stress reduction, improved bowel function, relief of pain from headaches, plantar fasciitis & sciatica and increased range of motion. It is very gratifying to know that through the manipulation of feet and/ or hands I can produce results which leave my clients feeling better than when they walked through my door.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My clients fill out a health history form while relaxing in our lounge area. I review their information and answer any questions. We proceed to my studio where they are greeted with an aromatherapy experience to promote relaxation. I explain the process, show my clients diagrams of the reflexes and ask if there are any further questions. I begin by wiping down the feet and inspecting the surfaces prior to beginning the session.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Successfully Completed both levels of Reflexology from the Baltimore School of Reflexology. Successfully passed the American Reflexology Certification Boards. Continued my training through workshops with Bill Flocco and completed classes in Plantar Fasciitis and Goit reading. I attended the Reflexology Association of America Conference in New Mexico in 2015.
