About this pro
10 years in business
Braco is an excellent coach. He is passionate about what he does and it shows. He cares about each of his students and is committed to helping them improve their lives through positive psychology. Not only that, but he also practices what he preaches and has incorporated his tools and suggestions into his own life with success (which he is happy to share with his students), so he knows what works and what doesn't. One of the things I like best is that he is very practical with his approach- all of his suggestions are concrete (not vague), realistic, and can be broken down into easy to follow steps. I also appreciate that he is very well-read in terms of research in positive psychology. I would highly recommend Braco to anyone looking for this type of coaching, they won't be disappointed!Feb 9, 2018

Amazing. Fun. And great energy.Feb 6, 2018
I have worked with Braco over the past seven years. He was my instructor for a Dale Carnegie and Institute of Advance Human Performance master classes. I also benefited greatly from taking advantage of one on one consulting. Braco directly impacted my professional development with public speaking, leadership, and continually pushing the limits of my comfort zone. He has impacted my personal development with tools to form better habits and increased emotional intelligence. I have seen a return on investment with my counseling and coaching from Braco that has led to promotions, deep and lasting professional relationships, and being an effective leader in my organization. -Paul M.Feb 2, 2018

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing is based per session or package. Packages - longer term - include discounts. Generally, I charge a coaching session (one hour) $299 but offer a special limited time discount to Thumbtack clients - $99 per session. There are no other fees. In addition, I add one of my online program to all my new clients (listed at $199) FREE of charge with a first session. Price is the same regardless if you come to my office or we do this online.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Typically, I ask client to do some work before they even come to the first session. More I know, faster I can help. I do Brief Therapy Coaching which means I look for quick results. I do not look for long term clients. I want to help my client quickly get the results he or she expect, and move on to my next client. Some clients decide to stay with me in what I call a "maintenance" mode which is fine with me.
- What types of customers have you worked with?I have worked with different types of clients - some who just needed a little push to get where they want to be and others who struggled with every little step along the way. Many clients came to me with a goal to help them in one area of their life and it turned out to be something else - from relationships, work, family, children to more specific such as help with self doubt, low self esteem, will power to things such as meditation, mindfulness, etc. Regardless, most of the time we ended up creating new habits and / or changing the existing ones.
