- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based per session or package. Packages - longer term - include discounts. Generally, I charge a coaching session (one hour) $299 but offer a special limited time discount to Thumbtack clients - $99 per session. There are no other fees. In addition, I add one of my online program to all my new clients (listed at $199) FREE of charge with a first session. Price is the same regardless if you come to my office or we do this online.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I ask client to do some work before they even come to the first session. More I know, faster I can help. I do Brief Therapy Coaching which means I look for quick results. I do not look for long term clients. I want to help my client quickly get the results he or she expect, and move on to my next client. Some clients decide to stay with me in what I call a "maintenance" mode which is fine with me.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with different types of clients - some who just needed a little push to get where they want to be and others who struggled with every little step along the way. Many clients came to me with a goal to help them in one area of their life and it turned out to be something else - from relationships, work, family, children to more specific such as help with self doubt, low self esteem, will power to things such as meditation, mindfulness, etc. Regardless, most of the time we ended up creating new habits and / or changing the existing ones.
