- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$75 Service charge, if hired charge is waived. $100 Emergency service Materials are not included in pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First contact and build a relationship. Make an appointment for viewing the job in-person for specifics to ensure a more accurate price as well as getting to see and hear what the customer's needs and ideas are. Offer any advice they may want. Discuss the price for materials and labor. After reaching an agreement, ask when they would like the job to start and give an approximate timeline of when project should be completed.
