finding an apartment is fine they have tons of listings, but when it comes to taking care of the property that's a different story. they are terrible especially when it comes to snow removal, we just had 2 feet on snow yesterday and they are still are not out to plow the driveway or the back parking lot, now this is not the first time they have done this, the last 2 snow storm we got then never showed up ....the commutation is also a problem from not giving notice before entering your unit to working on units till 10:30 at night....you should think twice before you give them your house to manage or before you rent for them because i lived in my apt for 5 years and had no problems untill thay took over.

How they do their application is a little confusing. I understand doing a credit check but doing only one person and then denying the rest is uncalled for. They said my co signer was the reason we were denied which I think it's kind of funny when my CO signer has a credit score over 650. Also my CO signer checked to see if they had even done a check on hers and they hadnt. My husband checked his they did. they did not check mine as I also checked. If they had done my CO signers 1st they wouldn't have given me my Money back as I paid for the co signers Application. They never even checked mine if I could rent they just assume so if you have bad credit don't even bother even if they say they will do a CO signer for you. Place is a joke!!! I'm sure they don't even look at their reviews.

Inquired about a house for rent and was willing to pay a full year up front with a small discount (instead of the listed $2k a month, offered $1800/month up front for a full year lease with an option of a multi-year lease). Sent multiple emails that went unanswered, the office was never open - left 3 voicemails on the office line with no response and finally got the realtors cell phone number from the listing which he returned after 2-3 days. I chased him for a week just to be told that the owner accepted another offer "yesterday". Totally rude and unprofessional to make a client who is willing to write a check for over $20k chase you for answers. If I were trying to rent out my property, I wouldn't use this company! He probably didn't even tell the owner about the offer because his commission would be affected, but I don't know many owners that wouldn't jump on the rent pre-paid a full year (and I'm a nurse with 2 small kids...it's not like I'm not qualified for the lease). Totally unprofessional - no communication with potential clients and did not keep his word when he said "I will have answers by tonight" (waited 3 days then texted HIM for a follow up). Would not work with this company in the future.
