The job was done exactly as agreed for a reasonable price in a timely manner and this was all accomplished over the telephone. I never met with Phillip. To get something done in this day and time in this manner is an exception and not the rule. In fact getting something done all is the exception. This was a great experience with a contractor

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$2- 3 a inch in diameter of stump. Roots are a $1 a inch. Height of stump has very little affect on price. Travel distance has a small affect on price
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Touch base with the new customer and see when is the best time for us to meet or simple talk over phone to customer to see their exact needs
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 7yrs of military background and with saying that I'm a veteran. My military training has tough me to always be at least 15min early.hard work is ingrained in me. I will never accept payment until customer has approved of my work
