Introduction: Our vision for Travelda Riding Academy is a comprehensive lesson program that serves the surrounding community, exposes a broad audience to show horses, and provides an outlet for both children and adults to further their involvement with horses and the equine industry through lessons, clinics, horse shows, and educational events.
We love making show horses approachable to newcomers, while having the capacity to nurture and challenge the serious competitor.

Travelda Riding Academy and Mary Kate have been nothing short of wonderful. It has been such a positive experience for my whole family. I have 3 children that ride and were having such a good time that I started riding shortly after they did. We were all brand new to the world of horses and they have patiently and thoroughly guided us every step of the way from basic horsemanship to owning our own horse. They have an incredible selection of lesson horses to fit the brand new, timid rider as well as the more advanced rider who is looking for a challenge. I would recommend without hesitation!

Mary Kate is a fantastic trainer whether you are just looking to become a solid rider or have aspirations for competing, Mary Kate can help you meet your goals. The lesson horses are definitely gems and you will fall in love with all of them! Friendly barn and atmosphere!

In 2013, at the age of 67, I began riding for the first time before joining the Travelda Riding Academy in Quakertown, PA in 2017. A positive experience from the start, this program, with riders at all levels, from the very young, to seniors like myself, has renewed my confidence and love of this sport. A Master Teacher in all ways, professional trainer Mary Kate Fahy creates an atmosphere of fun, optimism and encouragement for everyone. Under her watchful eye, I have seen myself improve as a rider on superb lesson horses. The stables are clean, the indoor arena footing is excellent, and two spacious outdoor arenas provide plenty of space to train. I can't believe the many wonderful riders I have come to admire for their spirit of enthusiasm for this program. With its steady growth in clients, I give the Travelda Riding Academy my highest recommendation!
