FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies based on what type of case you have. Flat rate pricing is available on most type of cases, however in situations where we are no able to determine how long it will take to resolve your matter, we charge an hourly rate. For select cases, we are willing to represent clients on a contingent fee or on an attorney fees awarded basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with a client for an initial consultation, to discuss their legal issue and determine whether we can assist them. In many cases, clients are able to resolve their issues without the need for hiring an attorney after obtaining legal advice during our first meeting. If it is determined that an attorney is needed and the client wants to hire us, we assign an attorney to their case and lay out a concise game plan leading up to the resolution of their matter.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our attorneys are all licensed to practice law in North Carolina. We have combined over 30 years experience practice family, civil, and criminal law in North Carolina.
