- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always meet in person to determine the customer's needs and any challenges the job may present. Once the fence style and design is chosen, I submit a quote on the spot if possible and within a few days if the fence is unique. If the customer chooses to hire my services, I require the material costs and taxes up front with labor paid once the fence is complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Being a Construction Project Manager for a local Cellular company gives me many skills necessary to complete the installs and achieve customer satisfaction.
