Two 447 Evolution (Manny & Trish) was such a big help in helping us obtain an investment property in Rhode Island. They went to the showings that we could not attend on our behalf and gave us a full run down on the house, the neighborhood and its rental potential (as if they were buying it themselves). We really appreciated their candor and their patience. They also do property management that we will be signing up for. We would definitely recommend them and use them again.
