Chris was respectful but had no tools or even basic material. He had to go to Home Depot to get the materials to fix a minor toilet tank leak. Instead of removing a cartridge from the faucet he removed the whole pipe because he did not have the tools.

Overall great experience. Chris was professional and polite. He offered to come by on his own time and give us a no obligation estimate for the job. His quote was within a few dollars of the lowest thumbtack bid. Chris worked to accommodate our schedule and gladly came out early on a Saturday morning. The job was done quickly, and without leaving a mess in our kitchen. We discussed a larger project and Chris offered to come by with a partner to give us a free estimate. Overall the experience was excellent. Professional, courteous, and honest.
