- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 10% military and first responders discount. We also know our business and any competitors prices. Though we keep a variety of parts in stock, we pass the savings on parts to you by only charging what we ourselves pay, and there is never an upcharge. That in itself keeps our prices below the competition.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We pride ourselves in speaking with any of our customers to let them know precisely what any repair entails, big or small. Like many issues that can come along after a job is started, we will never make a repair that wasn't mutually agreed upon beforehand.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am primarily self taught, however I was an aircraft fuel.sytems mechanic for 8 years in the Air Force.
